Moving Help® is an online business therefore, we conduct our business primarily online. We do not have a Moving Help® Service Provider support phone line. If a Moving Help® Service Provider cannot resolve an issue by reading the Agreement, FAQ's, emails we send or watching the training videos, we have trained personnel assisting via email 7 days a week.
Email and Contact Us Form Rules
Please remember when sending an Email or using the Contact Us tool in your account, you are communicating with a real person who is trying to help you. Remember the following rules:
- Always include your account profile name, your full name, and the job number in your Email.
- Provide a detailed description of your problem.
- Be polite and professional.
- Make sure Emails from Moving Help® are not going into your spam folder.
